As one of the finest economists in recent time, Raghuram Rajan not only got success in teaching at the University of Chicago, but as a practitioner as the Chief Economist of IMF, Economic Advisor to the Prime Minister Manmohan Singh, Chief Economic Advisor to the Finance Ministry, India and Finally the Governor of Reserve Bank of India, the rare quality one can imagine.
