A theory is appropriate as long as it fits into the fact; when a theory doesn't fit in the fact, it's wise to walk with the fact.

Negative BOP after a decade!
The balance of payments (BoP) of Bangladesh became negative after a decade due to of a widening trade gap, lower growth of remittances and a deficit balance in the financial account!
